The Elmira Jackals Are Filling There Roster with Fresh Players

With all of the changes made the last few weeks it sure feels good to have players excited to play hockey. Last week was the first week for new players Brad Campbell and Greg Elz. We would like to thank Don Kirnan and The Syracuse Stars for sending Brad our way.
Don knew we were having trouble with numbers and decided to lend us a helping hand. Justin O’Brien did a little recruiting on his own and had his friend Greg Elz join our team last week in New Jersey. Greg is a very strong defenseman from the Long Island area who Justin met while playing in Philadelphia.
This week Brad Campbell had a couple of his friends from outside of Rochester join us on the ice for practice. Both Austin Thiele and Jacob Lawrence decided they would like to play for us and will hit the ice this weekend as the Junior Jackals travel to Rochester for 2 games against Maksymum Junior Hockey.
